If you need the sauna placed, assembled, and ready to use, our white glove installation add on ($4,000) handles everything.
Do I need an electrician to install this?
Yes, for electric heating you will need a licensed electrician to connect the unit. The Auris Two supports 380V, 220 to 240V, and 110V configurations. We recommend confirming your electrical setup before ordering. For wood burning heating, please contact us directly as it requires custom chimney planning.
What foundation or surface does the sauna need?
The Auris Two should be placed on a flat, level surface capable of supporting 1,350 lbs. Concrete pads, pavers, gravel beds, or composite decking are all suitable. A wood deck may require additional structural support, consult a contractor before installation.

What does the 5 year warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear, damage from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or external factors such as weather events, fire, or pests. Can I return the sauna if I change my mind?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
