Brightline Wellness Warranty Policy

At Brightline Wellness, we carefully partner with trusted manufacturers that produce premium wellness equipment built for long-term performance and reliability. Every sauna and cold plunge we offer is backed by the manufacturer’s limited warranty, and we’re committed to assisting you throughout the warranty claims process should you ever need support.

Auris Outdoor Sauna Collection

Covered by a 5-year manufacturer’s limited warranty. This warranty includes structural components, heaters, electrical systems, and interior fittings under normal residential use.

Frost Cold Plunge Tub

Backed by a 1-year manufacturer’s limited warranty. Coverage includes the tub body, plumbing components, and integrated chiller unit when used and maintained according to product guidelines.

Lumin Infrared Sauna Collection

Includes a 1-year manufacturer’s limited warranty. This warranty applies to the infrared heating panels, control systems, wood structure, and electrical components for residential use.

Warranty coverage begins on the date you receive your product.

What’s Not Covered

The manufacturer’s limited warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear, including discoloration, fading, or changes in wood appearance over time
  • Improper installation or failure to follow the provided setup and maintenance instructions
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect of the product
  • Modifications or repairs not authorized by the manufacturer or performed by an unauthorized technician
  • Commercial use, unless explicitly stated and covered under a separate commercial warranty agreement
  • Damage caused by external factors, including extreme weather, fire, flood, pests, power surges, or other acts beyond normal residential use

Warranty Claims Process

To submit a warranty claim, contact us at support@brightlinewellness.co with the following:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the defect, if applicable

Once we receive your claim, our team will review the information and coordinate directly with the manufacturer on your behalf. Depending on the manufacturer’s warranty terms and inspection of the issue, the resolution may include replacement parts, repair, or product replacement.

Proof of Purchase & Terms

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all warranty claims.

Brightline Wellness acts as an authorized retailer of the products we sell. All warranty coverage is provided by the respective manufacturer and is subject to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, and approval. We are committed to assisting our customers throughout the warranty process to help ensure claims are handled as efficiently as possible.
