Thank you for shopping with Brightline Wellness. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Due to the size and weight of many of our products, freight shipping may be required for large items such as infrared saunas, cold plunge systems, and massage chairs.
White-Glove Delivery Select products qualify for white-glove delivery service, which includes in-home delivery, placement, and basic setup. This option will be presented at checkout where available. White-glove delivery appointments are scheduled after your order is processed and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Freight Shipments Large items ship via freight carrier. You will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Inspect all items upon arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for large or freight items. Please contact us at support@brightlinewellness.co for shipping inquiries to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
Delays Brightline Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours at support@brightlinewellness.co. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
